I never really saw this as an option. There is a 24 hr gym down the road from me. I think I might have to peep so I can work out when I get outta work at 1. Better than just bein up till 3 bein unproductive.
Breh, hit that wave. At my local 24, if I went anytime that wasn't midnight-6am, only thing open were terrible machines and the squat racks. At 3am-4am, you can
put on some weird 80's pop music and run a circuit on every machine, and take as long as you damn well please. It fukked me up for a while though because at around
2am every day my body had the "itch" to hit the gym, so I was never tired from 1am-noon. fukked my sleeping patterns up.

Lol fukk it. If it gets me back in shape in all for it. I've been hitting my push ups and sit ups religiously for a couple months now. 2 weeks ago I took a big step in improving my diet by starting juicing. 8 oz twice a day. I admittedly feel more energetic and active in the am. Its time for me to get back go in hard in the gym tho. I'm 6'0 230 now. I'm honestly blessed by good genetics and the fact that for like a 3-4 yr stretch I went hard in the gym 5 days a week. So even tho I haven't worked out regularly for over a yr and a half or so, I've never had a gut or anything. Im still the fattest I've ever been right now tho.

I feel like I pump some life back into my muscles and get back used to just the work outs I can make some serious improvements by spring. Time to do this
