Got it all done with less than $5,000.....most about 2 of that went to carpet. Paid 1,000 for labor and the rest was supplies.

Well....my biggest savings was labor. My father in law did most of the work and didn't charge us that much because we helped out alot.

It took the whole day....from early in the morning until around midnight or later alot of times. Plenty of breaks in between though.
