If that's just it, chances are you got hit for an underlying reason.

I do IT work and I shipped a monitor to a customer in another area. UPS let somebody sign for it and it got lost. I shipped another and told the customer that was suppose to receive it that this time it was going to require YOUR signature. And they lost it again after finally finding out that UPS delivered both to the wrong location and getting it resolved my punk ass management said I was rude by capitalizing the word and that the bytch complained about it to her management
I was in Tennessee at the time and my management was basically a bunch of rednecks who were afraid of a confident black man
most stupid management I have EVER worked for
