She was turning left across incoming traffic. Light turning yellow, so traffic that has the right of way speeds up to beat the red light (him). Her vehicle is already sticking out I guess in the lane, or she started to turn not expecting a driver to speed thru the yellow.

From what I see, she is at fault, as the driver in other direction has the right of way.

Maybe she can explain it further.

Waiting 40 minutes on shytty ass cpd, somebody shyt on me and my bad driving



The funny thing is, I was driving on lake shore drive and I randomly thought of this rental car I had. I never think of that rental car but it randomly pops in my head

Not 5 minutes later, bam

I got into an accident last year in the winter time doing the same shyt. I was turning, the other person was going straight. And they hit my rear. I thought my driving was impeccable but now I'm not understanding life at all

I hate life so much right now

I know how you feeling breh, I got into 2 accidents on my birthday 2 months ago. Totalled my shyt. But I escaped with only a bloody nose, headache, sprained pectoral muscle and a bruised knee (I tried to jump out of the car before I hit the wall)

The most important thing is that you are physically ok.
That feeling will fade and you will start to piece shyt together, you got this.

Don't accept any calls from their insurance but you probably already know this.
