The officer didn't even ask me for proof of insurance. Just asked me for my driver's license . If I was at fault then I'm positive he would of.

i'm not on any side. but it looks like you hit him. so unless he ran the light, then you're probably at fault. you still didn't say who got the ticket for this. if you did, then, you're at fault, and there's no need to go to the hospital unless you think you can milk your own insurance. of course doing that might make them try to drop your coverage or raise your rates thru the roof. hope u got accident forgiveness.

If I didn't answer about tickets then maybe there are none. There's no tickets given. We're still at the police station. This shyt has been going on for four hours now. We just got our police reports.

I didn't see him because he emerged from nowhere under the viaduct. As we were waiting for the police, there was almost another accident. I'm not the only Chicagoan that can't drive. And he doesn't have the right of way (I didn't either) if the light was yellow. People are known for trying to beat a red light at yellow and people are known turning left on yellow. That's all Chicagoans do, we have turning lanes but no turn signals.

I'll probably be found at fault. Life is kicking my ass to prepare me for some beautiful shyt. But we were both at fault. I'm turning at 20 mph and he emerges under a viaduct probably going 60 trying to beat a yellow. We fukked up
