OP I been thinkin of takin one of these tests for a while just to see if I have any cac admixture at all from the colonization days. I'm African but im liteskin wit good hair so idk

IMO this test solidified for me that the black man has the God gene that can produce any type of human. Like i said im light brown with wavy hair and 100% african. My dad is dark skin with my hair texture, moms and her pops are light brown.

I was born in America fromAfrican parents, my kids will more than likely not be fully african assuming i have a child with my current girl or an AA in general, but even then theyd have an overwhelming amount of African DNA

Your african parents are both Malian? did you select your ancestry on a form before the tests, or did they get a sample of DNA and compare to background/family ancestary on the form?

My tribe is a Mande tribe, Mande people come from what we would consider the Mali/Ghana/Songhai empire. From my understanding of the results nobody from Mali is 100% but all Mande people have Mali orgins if that makes sense. For example present day Ghana is not where the Ghana kingdom was but its inhabitants are people from the ghana kingdom.

I recommend everyone do this though, just 99 bucks, when you put your info in Gedmatch its an information overload though, but it`s cool reading about stuff. I did another test that said I was 23% "Archaic African" which I assume just comes from the various central/east african groups that are considered ancient.

I found out that my light skin comes from the fact my grandmother was a hoe in the 40's-50's and then moved from Alabama to California to remove her hoeness.
