The doctor high power blast the wax out your ear.

They also have this tool that kind of looks like a hook/fork that they use to go down in your canal, grab, and rip wax off your drum/inner ear.

It takes a small piece with it too though. You walk around some time afterwards with everything sounding like it's coming through a loud speaker.

Yo, did that joint a while back. All kinds of s**t was coming out of my ear. It was crazy.

Would love to do it again, but wouldn't pay for it.
