I know its not about the money but since you are still considering staying despite wanting to leave, its prevalent enough. Its really about them making it as convenient and as accommodating as possible for you. If you don't care either way then make them make it worth your while instead of things being par for the course which is obviously not what you want. You are in the perfect position to put yourself in an exceptionally better position whether you stay or not.
