Just Got Out Of County Jail... AMA (not self incriminating)

Long story short, my car got towed yesterday and I went in to retrieve some personal belongings. I reached into the glove box to recover a black bag that the tow truck driver said was a weapon.

Five cops showed up and nailed me for a concealed weapon. I spent the night and morning in two jails. Now I’m out on bail.

I called my job to let them know what happened and they’re ok with me coming back on Thursday. County is a bytch. Cold and uncomfortable. I have court in August.

My gun is registered, but I don’t have a concealed carry permit. I was moving it from one location to the next.
