I have no idea why meach and the xthots are hating on this game. I just need a better car to drive with.

From what ive read the actual game begins with a starter circuit and car that allows you to learn the mechanics of the game before you are tossed into the deep end. That tutorial isnt in the PS+ edition.

I know y'all want desperately to prop this game up. But its just not worth it.

Game is pretty ass. I'm sure there's fun to be had for those of you who aren't into racing games and just want to see pretty pictures. But as a person who's put extensive time into the genre over the years, Driveclub is ass. No other way to describe it

One can easily state that Forza 5 and Horizon 2 are objectively better games. The fact that it was brought up so quickly in this thread screams insecurity yet again.

Reviewed better doesn't mean one will find the better reviewed game more enjoyable, hence why I said "in your opinion". Opinions... how do they work again? I'm well aware FH2 is a better reviewed game but that doesn't hamper my enjoyment of DC. I don't play Driveclub and wonder how come it's not like Forza. Halo games are rated better than Destiny yet you'll find tons of people playing Destiny.

Objectively better my ass. Again, it comes down to opinions. Persona 4 Golden is "objectively" better in the sense you're talking of(Critically) than most games you probably have played yet you'd argue until sundown from your 1 hour of playtime that it's a steaming pile of shyt.

No, nobody wants to desperately prop up the game because there's nothing to gain from it. You dudes just can't accept some people legitimately get enjoyment out of Driveclub aside from visuals. Hit or miss and that's all there is to it. Move on already. You spend more time talking about games you don't play and shytting on games you don't play.

There's plenty of things that make driveclub objectively worse than forza.

Invisible walls are bad game design period.

Dumb ass off road timers are bad game design period

Drive club has less cars and tracks

The cars themselves are less detailed in both appearance and the way they drive/physics

There's less tuning/customization options in both gameplay and the cars themselves

Driveclub is objectively a bad racing game. And that's not even comparing it to forza. Its literally the worst racing game on the market.
