Honestly I'm scared to take more than 5mg

I didn't even know they made Adderall that low lol. The first time I took an Adderall it was 30 mg from a co worker. I took it at work and my heart was pounding like crazy. I got a little scared cuz of that but I felt great at the same time. Later that evening I got a big headache. By the 3rd time I didn't experience any of those side effects.
