Not all cops are bad, but there's some horrible ones aswell and the good ones do have an obligation to report the, bad ones but with the system crooked as hell as it is it would be putting their lives at risk.
Don't be afraid of them man, just be cool when they get behind you it's their job to check people's plates especially when their quotas are due and they have to get on their shyt.
If they pull you over just chill out and follow directions and try to pull over to area where there's a lot of people watching. Follow what they say and don't make any crazy movements and you'll be on your way.
I wanted to be a cop myself to be honest and I in no way would treating people like shyt only the people who would test my ass. but with how anti social and socially anxious I am that doesn't seem possible.
Just be cool and most of the time you'll be straight

You also have to remember that word "Cop" is title given to people who decide to work for the system and forces. Under that title is a human being with different morals, goals, attitudes, motives etc, just like all the rest of us.
And honestly do you think every person who joins the force is trying to suck up the white man or be part of the white supremacy movement?
