for corruption.In all my years of driving I've only received a fine from one cop (he was being so much of a dikk that I was afraid to suggest a bribe, plus were were 6 hours into a 16 hour drive in the middle of nowhere. Wasn't about to get into trouble in a 1 horse town 10 hours from home). I still didn't pay for the fines, got them sorted through the back door too
