the biggest i would go for my bedroom is 40". I've got 46" in the living room and i'd only move up to 50" maybe 60" if the deal was super nice. other then that i'm fine with the 46"

its a projection tv basically.... everytime the bulb ges out you gotta pay a few hunnid to replace it... not worth it.

I still have my 60" DLP from like 08.

It's been a good TV....but then I got a 4 year warranty on it too.

My bulb has only gone out once, but when it did it was like $800 for Best Buy to replace it.

Next time it goes out tho I'm just gonna toss it in the bushes b/c the warranty is over now.

OP lost tho bc Fryes has that 82 inch Mitsu on Black Friday every year for $999.00

82" is too much TV for the rooms in my house that have TVs. I'm going to get get a 55-60" next time I buy a TV, which likely will not be for a while. I've had my current 46" since I moved into my place about 3 years ago but I just can't justify buying another one right now.

It's what the movie theaters use. Everytime you go see a movie, its Digital Light Projection I have a DLP right now. I replace the bulb like once every two years. I'm not bout to drop 5k on a plasma
