All I eat is grilled chicken I won't touch nothing fried when I go to Chic Fila I always order the grilled chicken salad with the fat free Italian dressing or the grilled chicken breast with a fruit cup and bottle of water I sometimes get the grilled chicken wrap with a fruit cup and water.

I prefer to eat at the crib, but fast food is a last resort when I do eat it, I try to keep it light as possible.
