He got charged with agg burglary because she opened the door knowing another nikka was in there and he pushed past her with the iron in his hand
He walked in the nikka seen the gun and say “oh u gon buss me?” So he bussed him...hit him in the leg...Agg battery wit deadly weapon...he left the house an sai something to her on the way out like I’ll shoot you too...agg assault
On top of that he was on probation mostly for domesticals at the same house...he skipped out on probation cause he thought they were gonna take him in for the shooting...ended up turning himself in, did 10 months for the probation, was facing mandatory life for the burglary...(fla don’t play with home invasions)
The nikka not his bm wanted to testify, copped out to 4 years probation
