I BEAT MY BIGGEST COURT APPEARANCE WITH A PRE-TRIAL MOTION.......I GOT PULLED OVER WIT HELLA DRUGS- SHROOMS, E, WEED, METH (THE METH WAS ONE OF THE COMPOUNDS IN THE LIQUID FORM OF ECSTACY I MELTED DOWN). I THINK I WAS FACING SOMETHING LIKE A MAXIMUM OF 15 YEARS OR SOME BS.
MY MOTION WAS THAT THE TRAFFIC STOP WAS ILLEGAL.....THE REASON COPS PULLED ME OVER WAS APPARENTLY BECAUSE MY LICENSE PLATE WAS COVERED WITH A DEALER PLATE, WHICH IS ACTUALLY NOT LEGAL GROUNDS TO PULL SOMEONE OVER ACCORDING TO CALIFORNIA LAW.
CASE THROWN OUT BY THE JUDGE WITH THE COPS RIGHT THERE.. GOT OFF CLEAN N PIGS LOOKED BAFFLED N CONFUSED LOL.

How much of the evidence is circumstantial (e.g. a knife was found near you, but did not have any of your fingerprints on it - or you had a knife, but there's 0 proof it came in contact with anybody etc.)?

.... obscene....get ur lawyer on the discovery and see what actual evidence they got against u... everything u said sounds circumstantial...don't sound like hard evidence...if they ain't got shyt embarrass they ass....if they got a gang of witnesses.. cop...also if the shyt happened at night should be a walk in the park for ur lawyer...
