Let me give an analogy. I'm a controller and we are in the middle of our audit. I am going to spend all night tonight figuring out our AR. I shouldn't be doing this. My staff accountants should but for some reason, they can't. I didn't hire them, they came with the position I took. Nonetheless, training will come down the road. However, I have mountain dew in the mancave fridge but breh, carrying more than your workload and for an extended period of time with no relief in sight is rough on the psyche. It truly fukks with your head at times. I'm seeing that with the defense.
