I like to make my pizzas with a few large pieces of cheese rather than spreading shredded cheese all over it

also I make my pizzas with a premade thin crust

Man, that looks pretty good. My problem is that I want to learn how to make my dough from scratch. I got a co-worker that can do it and he can mix up the dough, toss it up in the air and everything. If I can learn how to do that I would be all the way in the game. But your pizza looks good man.

All you need is yeast, dry milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil n 4 cups of flour(for this recipe )
