I agree but I read somewhere that lifting can alter the muscles in your face or some shyt like that. Probably some bro science shyt.

Bottom line if you want to look younger and feel better you should do whatever you can to lose fat. I’m a midget 5 ft 6 and I used to go to the gym all the time and try to lift heavy. I weighed about 170-175. My arms and chest were big but I still pretty much had a gut. During the pandemic I said fukk this and lost thirty pounds. Now I’m light as fukk but I’m cut up and at 41 far from :flabbynsick:
