Fear is natural... Just channel it. Let it drive you instead of discourage you.

Don't literally chase her. Like if she's walking away from you don't run up behind her shouting "Hey"...

If she's standing still or coming in your direction slow time down and set it up.. Calm yourself.. Plan what you wanna say and how you wanna say it.. Be firm.. Be assertive... Not too aggressive.. . It's ok to be nervous just turn into "cuteness" for her... Chiks like cute shyt... Don't forget to smile.. Dont fidget ....Don't look at her hips ass or t*ts stay locked in on her eyes... Don't look down at yourself or off into space unless you're being funny/cute... Don't talk her head off, after the initial "Hi/ I'm interested/ number exchange/ blah blah" let her go about her business....

Look, You're going to be afraid. Do it anyway! getting chewed out/embarrased feels better than succumbing to your fear. That's the magic in cold approaching. 99% of the time, you're never going to see that person again and the 1% you do is because the chick liked you. Just do it. Say some dumb shyt to get your feet wet. Fear of rejection is mostly imagination fukking with you.

Was at the fitness spot earlier..

Usually before I go in i spend a few minutes vaping outside the entrance....(the gym here is in a strip mall area right next door to a women's clothing store, nail spa and beauty supply store... A treasure trove of coming and going females

So anyway.. I'm doing my pre-pre-workout thing vaping outside as usual... Car pulls up and parks bumping some techno crap. I'm expecting some geek to hop out or some lil size zero pawg... No Out hold this THICK redbone. Never seen her there before (I was there at an time I'm usually not)... But I'm talking BAD


Long story short I thought about folding her... Said good morning, let her pass me and go in...that view from behind ...

I'm still plotting... Assess it. Notice she has a band on left hand... She's really focused on her workout not too much eye contact, no smiles whatsoever....

I had a plethora of lines I could've used on her. im the typical "boy you know you fine as hell" so my ego and confidence are legit. Plus it wasnt crowded. At one moment it was just me and her in the whole area of the gym so I didn't have to worry about nikkaz seeing me get shot down (yes I'm self conscious, I'm human)

I decided not to..


1. Wasn't in the mood for rejection, which was highly possible considering the things I mentioned...

2. I like to keep my thirst level balanced.

3. That's somebody wife.. Nothing wrong with being a good guy for a chance and lay off that homewrecking shyt.

4. Discipline is healthy.

What helped me was just talking to random females without the goal of trying to close the deal. Seeing that most people are just nice and will give positive conversation helped me stop fearing rejection. Sometimes I still talk myself out of approaching women, but more times than not I can do it when I want.
