Gonna change the bracelet to a dark brown strap.

Think I'm "done" for a minute. After I sell my Tiger Concept Submariner, I will have all my "watch bases" covered.

Sold the Seiko on the Steiny bracelet. Now down to 2 pieces but now looking at this Citizen (at 1/3 the Seiko's price) with its simple lines and open caseback.

We'll see.....

The vintage is fantastic.

Really distinguished look to it.

Problem is (i know its minor) but the 19% tax, and 30dollar shipping is annoying.

But they are built extremely well and very comparable to Omega Seamaster/Rolex Subs but you know the prestige associated with those 2 names.

I just ordered a OVM direct from Steinhart, and didn't have to pay that 19% tax. it went away when I selected shipping to the US, so I guess that tax is only if you order to Europe (or just Germany?). cost with shipping ended up being cheaper than Gnomon Watches

crazy thing is I ordered it wednesday night, from Germany, and FedEx tried to deliver it friday morning (I was at work). shout out to Steinhart for not fukking around with the shipping

it's the 'new' OVM, and the dial is not quite black. I like how it looks with the 'old radium'. pics soon

Brehs, where can i get the casio duro for cheap online for brehs that live in Africa??. This other local online supplier that orders from the US will charge me a total of $168 for the watch and this cost includes the watch price, shipping and customs costs. Them numbers dont look nice to me given that the watch costs about $50 . I really like the watch but its a pity that they don't sell it locally so I gotta online.

Help a breh out of being finessed by these online shops

So I pulled the trigger and ordered the Casio duro for an equivalent of $88. The local online site I ordered from gets supplies from the US. I pray Id ont get scammed and my watch arrives no more than a month from now
