Left - fluted
Right - smooth

The bezel is just the circular ring around the dial. Fluted means it has grooves or ridges.
The fluted bezel looks better IMO. Makes it look more fancier and iconic.
On this model, the bracelet is steel but the fluted bezel is white gold. So you can add an extra $1-2K to the price.
They come in two sizes 36mm and 41 mm. The larger model costs more lol.
I can't tell which size is best for you, you'll have try em on.
With 10k you can pick something up nice for sure
