I'm only half myself technically. My great grand parents are from the Carribean and south America respectively. My grandpa and mom were born and raised in Harlem. @IllmaticDelta said I'm AA technically. But only my father's side would be ADOS.

That would be nice but there would to be another civil war before white people are displaced and their land given to black people.
Probably be more feasible to give some sort of property tax exemption so it would be a lot a cheaper and easier for us to purchase and own land.
