im here dealing with a $6700 estimate for the dealer to fix my 335i, the serpentine belt broke and engine leaking oil. 50,000 mile warranty been over so I got to come out of pocket. :upsetfavre:

:damn:

folks may laugh but i had a toyota corolla till it was written off in a accident, i put like 100k miles on that and it was used, all i did was oil changes, and bought new tires, i miss it. 35 bucks filled me up and lasted all week, no problems, always started rain, sleet, -20, i have a honda accord now its still good but it guzzles gas and brake pads wear out fast.

my first car was a 1993 Toyota Corolla and the only big repair I had to make to it was drop a new motor with 70k miles in it (which for them cars is basically brand new.) the body had over 200-something thousand miles on it.

I paid $350.00 for the motor from a parts car. dropped it in and it ran like a beast all over again. fill-ups used to cost me less than $20 :wow:
before I moved to Miami I sold it for $3k. I shoulda kept it...

I even bought a 1995 Corolla a few years ago for a DD, cause my truck was averaging 8 MPG city and my A6 was about 10-11 MPG's. :stopitslime:

i know they ship old corollas or used to, to the middle east they just keep going and going, i loved my corolla, sometimes i wish i got another one.. I don't care aobut bells and whistles and all that just point a to b and nothing does that better than a corolla.

fukk were u drivin a panzer tank :scusthov::heh:
lol nah. It was a 2000 Ford Expo Eddie Bauer, truck was treated like a baby breh.

my pops bought it brand new in 2000 and in 2011 it hit the 50k mark. 50k miles in 11 years. :whew:
went to a dealership to see how much they'd give me for it a few years back and even though it's mint they low-balled the fukk outta me.

I was like " :childplease: nah, I'll keep it."
