If that’s what he’s referencing, that isn’t nearly as bad as presented.

Plus the media scrutiny that comes with the position, the threats she knew the family would have to face, etc. The way she probably saw it is they were both attorneys who would make big bank and live good quiet lives raising their daughters.I don’t see what the issue was. Being president and campaigning for it is a bytch. So she’s understandably not happy. But even then, she still stood by him and played her part and supported him.
Her saying this shyt 10 years after the fact should produce no other opinions than she was a real one.

Somehow, black men have been convinced this is what we NEED.
We don’t need a partner to lift us up and speak life into us and be a positive force. Nah, we need somebody to KEEP IT REAL and ‘Call us on our shyt’![]()

It's literally her emphasizing and dramatizing her plight so that she can fit within the framework of the victim mentality that underlines credibility in modern leftist politicsNa, this ain’t what kind of time Michelle was on. She was paying all the bills while Barack was making public interest law money.
And note how she’s complaining after the fact after they reached the top.
I ain't commenting before proof.
Exactly, why does it matter when she stood by him. She is a mother and wife. She simply was concerned about how everything in their lives would completely change and be in the public and scrutinized. I literally would never run for political office for anything , because I’m a private person and wouldn’t do well with being a public figure. I understand her not wanting that for her family initially. But she got in gear when it was time.I don’t see what the issue was. Being president and campaigning for it is a bytch. So she’s understandably not happy. But even then, she still stood by him and played her part and supported him.
