Captain Marvel was a bottom 5 Marvel movie for me, and I didn't even buy into all the negative girl power criticism. The dialogue was bad, rewrote unnecessary story elements, made Nick Fury look soft, special effects were weak, no real tension from Skrull or Kree antagonists, that stupid deus-feline machina, and overall just felt rushed and given the cast, it should have been a much stronger movie.
