Visually a stunning movie. The beginning of the movie completely sets the tone. Whole movie is in CGI, but you wouldnt now it by how it is done. Great dialogue too. Its gripping from the moment shyt starts happening until the end.

So it's some type of space station. That's not the technical term but we'll go with it. It's only room for one person. She's almost out of air. They're sorta hooked up together by a harness. So this simp niguh let's her get in there. And this niguh just floats away. And is assumed dead

Ive never seen Children of Men, but the plot is straight forward. Its a visually stunning movie and it keeps you stuck in it after the first 10 minutes.

they were going to get on that hatch in the Russian space station. They got split and then she got caught in the parachute rope but it was sturdy enough to save her. SHe was caught by her feet. He got excited that she was stable and she grabbed him. Then he looked at the rope and realized it wasnt strong enough to save them both so he let her go. There was enough room for that escape hatch. I have no idea what movie you watched.
