I feel like I'd be able to only to help to a certain point. Yet I'd feel like karma would need to do its job.

My dad was never around when I was growing up to begin with, so we're like complete strangers. It's been a year since I last saw him. I found out that he's now homeless and has memory loss problems, maybe dementia. He's lost a lot of weight, no job and wanders around the city. He still has a car and sleeps where he can at peoples houses. I'm sorta conflicted right. Not sure if I should try to take him in and help get him work or what...I don't know...

Any advice? What would you guys do if you were in this situation?
Well, from the sounds of it, you are a regular Joe. Your father has issues that you can't fix. But, you care about him. One thing would be to get more information from the county or city in which you live and try to connect him to those resources. Whether it is social services, non-for-profit mission home for men, mental health services, I don't know.

I'll never for the life of me know why people care sooo much about people that don't care about them.

But yeah. Take him in. He fukked your mom and cummed in her you know

Stop being a p*ssy and let that sperm donor who aint do shyt 4 u outside of being dumb enough to skeet in a bytch that he had no intention of helping to raise a child suffer til he dies.

Karma outchea tryna keep the balance & yo bytch ass is fukking it up witcho bleeding heart bullshyt.

I agree with these two but can't knock you if you do decide to help him, hope you make the right decision :yeshrug:

If you're in a position to help man out, don't let your personal feelings get in the way of that :beli:

Don't take life advice from bcrustacean, she'll have you all the way fukked up :beli:

First off, do not put yourself in a position where you are financially responsible or at risk with him. Second how does your mother feel about you helping him? She will know him better than you. Third, remember you can't help someone that doesn't want help.
