Just saw the movie Take Shelter

How the fukk did this movie not be a box office hit? One of the best movies i've seen in years. That ending had me like

I never even heard of this movie. The way i found it was looking at the movies Van Alden(boardwalk) was in. Here's a trailer for those who never heard about it like me. I highly recommend watching it ASAP

I tried to watch this last year because IMO Jessica Chastain is the best up and coming actress in the industry, but I could not get into it for some reason. I only watched about 40 minutes tho. I'ma give it another go since its Friday night and since my girlfriend went away to college, im now a loser with no plans

Breh it got a 93% on Rotten tomatoes. People bytch about it because it's supposebly slow pace. Do people not have patience for a movie anymore? This shyt is easily one of the best movies i've seen for a while.

I'm not dogging it or anything man, I'm sure its good. I love a good slow movie. I stuck with Tree of Life and that's pretty much the most boring movie of all fukkin time lol. Some of my favorite movies are slow paced (We Need to Talk About Kevin, Talented Mr. Ripley, etc.)


I'm still gonna watch this...It better live up to the hype tho

Nah im not taking a shot at you. I brought up the whole slow pace thing cuz thats the main reason why the movie didnt get the exposure it deserves. Its not even that slow IMO. Breh i promise it wont dissapoint.
