Then dont be a cop because you not cut out for those pressure situations. The fact is there was no demonstrative action of violence towards the officers nor his wife. She was not distressed. She had no signs of physical harm. She informed police that they were just yelling at eachother. The probable cause they would try to use is bullshyt because they came on a possible domestic disturbance and when they arrived, it was clear that the woman was not endangered. This is proven by how they had no problems allowing her to stand next to him, away from them, freely. They knew he was not a threat to her and thats why they came on the call. after that is determined (which they had). This police call is 86'd. Theres no reason form them to be there other than to antagonize a black man in his home. Since he was not a suspect nor under arrest and literally inside his own home, he is free to move about in any way he so chooses so long as it is not threatening to anyone involved. The cost of being a cop is you cant just be scared because of what "could happen" you gotta wait until something is about to happen. He can go in his car (he shouldnt), hes not being detained or suspected of anything. If they scared he got a gun, then they gotta wait until they see a gun to act. They aint see no gun and didnt shoot at him like he reached back into the car for something. He was just standing there witha cellphone in his hand. the same one he's had the whole time. I can see if he reached but he was literally standing there. Thats pig shyt. They shot because they wanted him dead for shyt talking. No other reason. Theyll plant a gun on him just to make sure they cover their own ass.
A lot of police precincts won't hire you if your level of intelligence is beyond a certain point :francis:

This is true. And my post is true. I was however wrong after the bodycam came out that he had a weapon. Broken clock syndrome really but its a good shoot. Unfortunately this rarely is the case. They cant get those bodycams out fast enough when it clears them. But it takes years later when it doesnt. As soon as I heard that the bodycam is out I was like "uh oh, he did something we couldnt see from his phone then".:pachaha:

smh. Did we really need the vest cam to prove this clown was 100% wrong for being reckless ?
Tired of being in the middle of Blue Lives Matter folks, that cape for police no matter what and Cops Overreacted folks, that will always criticize police using legit plights to downplay reckless/degenerate behavior
:gucci:yes we did need the vest cam

Just because you dont care about personally verifying the facts of the event doesnt mean that other people dont feel differently...

So you claiming iif we remove police from convo, most humans will react calm and cautious towards another human being aggressive, threatening and hiding their hands?

answered with a question?:sas1: this post and the essay you wrote both contribute to the arguments/efforts to Blue Lives Matter
Answered with a question? :gucci:
You didnt ask me a question. You asked dude a question.
And to your comment for me now, I dont care what BluLM arguments are because they dont. This situation is the exception. For any video you find of a black man being shot justfully, I can find more unjustfully. If you want to sympathize with the exception, then who's really contributing to the efforts of BluLM? :sas2:

My post was about a gun that we didnt see. He ended up having one. I dont have a problem with being wrong. nikkas being hoemotional because Im not ducking a conversation in an instance where I was wrong, thinking thats suppose to excuse the typical behavior in all the other instances where its exactly as it looks is amusing to me. I can be wrong this time. The hypocrisy comes when people will spend more energy pointing out the one time when someone against dirty cops is wrong...than they do against the dozens of time when dirty cops are wrong.
