We ain’t locking down unless COVID evolves into a one hit kill. It’s apart of our lives and we have to deal with it whether we like it or not.

Wear your mask, get your shots, live your life and take care of yourselves, panicking on the internet will get you nowhere.

The odds go up every day though. It's 1% today, another 1% tomorrow, another 1% the day after that.

So the number isn't staying at 1% through the lifecycle of the people in that room.

Would you buy a plane ticket if the plane has a 1% chance of crashing?

the problem is that it stresses the medical system and keeps people with more serious ailments from getting the correct care

The US is flabby and sick. So of course we will lead in Covid hospitalizations. That's who it affects most.

What has increased?

Covid case global total is 667 Million. 6.7 million deaths. That's still 1% of the population dead. Total U.S. death rate is 1.1 million.

Obesity kills 2.8 million every year.

3 years of Covid = 1.1 million deaths
3 years of obesity = 8.4 million deaths

Covid or not, viruses are going to work this winter.

So many of my wife’s friend’s children had to go to the ER for RSV or Flu.

Ended up pulling mine out of daycare mid-December cuz shyt was gettin crazy. Told em I’ll see em in the new year. :whew:
