Cartegena was much more popping, so I liked it more. TBH it is what you make it. It’s the Caribbean coast of the Colombia and they definitely consider themselves Caribbean which surprised me a lil. There are plenty of activities, the vibe is very welcoming the whole city and ppl are effervescent.
