The have some municipal “cops”. That don’t carry guns. I’m not sure what they do they just post up and it’s mainly pretty young girls Nine times out of ten when you see a Latin Cop in uniform it’s one of them.
They’re not full fledged cops pur se they’re kinda of like cops in training or something.
