And i think you’re right. I stand shoulder width my toes pointed out slightly. Keeping it straight doesn’t feel comfortable and it prevents me from going ATG. I just really started feeling it tho
shoulder width is good, maybe you can stand a little wider that might alleviate pressure from your knees. toe pointing works with whatever your comfortable with, no fixed rule. yeah obviously depth as well. as long as you are hitting parallel at the bare minimum, you don't need to go ATG.

. Noticeable gains in chest and arms, shoulders might've gained to but hard to gauge. Gonna be hard to counter balance when i go back to boxing and what is you brehs diet looking like though and is 'yall' doing more chest work.
