When I read the IM transcrips, I've suspended him, not sure how long but he's definitely not getting paid let alone any more OT

What kinda work place you got? Does it really matter why he wants to work overtime as long as the job gets done? Sure the comment is kinda strange, but jesus lighten up. I would have taken that as a joke personally. Not like he made a direct to any employee, or said anything to threaten the work environment. Dude was being honest. He just wants to make money.
