A Coli Breh Embarrassed Me at Work (long but funny story)

Didn't want to take advice. I deal with that regularly. I always make sure to keep it very matter of fact. I tell them why i advise what i do, why it's the best choice. I lay out what it would mean, what would happen if they choose tp ignore the expertise offered to them. After that it's on them.So my employee had a gun pulled on him at work.
He's fine. A little back story...
He reported the incident and the customer reported the incident. Both stories sound like BS and sound nothing alike but whatever. I suspect they might know each other and it's some hood drama.
Anyway, I have been advocating for him since it happened and successfully kept him from being suspended until the investigation is over which I regret.
So we are sitting in the meeting. In this meeting there is 35 y/o WM (a manager), a 60+ BM (HR/ conducting the interview), 28 y/o BM (the employee) and myself.
STORY:
So before we go into the meeting I tell him to just keep his answers basic, deny whatever isn't true and don't volunteer any information.
He ignores that and starts to put on a Shakespearen show. The man LITERALLY goes on a 30 minute tirade and won't even allow the interviewer to talk. He is reenacting the scene and everything.
I was so embarrassed but it gets better.
He literally asks HR if the customer is a man or a woman and then proceeded to have an entire sexist rant that has NOTHING to do with incident. He knows damn well the customer is a man. It goes as follows:
"Was the customer a man or a female? Because I don't argue with females. I mean that's not me. When females get emotional, they're not logical. They get emotional and they can't control themselves. I mean why I'm arguing with a female when she just gonna be hugged up on me the next second. I mean, they just too emotional man."
He said more but that's all I remember.
I wrote that in proper English so just imagine it said in completely broken English by a man jumping all over the place like a clown.
As he's doing this I just stare off into space. The audacity of his nikka. I completely saved his ass with paperwork and logic while he is telling this stupid ass nonsensical story like a fukking child.
It was so ironic I almost laughed out loud. He and I are gonna have a talk on Monday. They make their decision on Friday and I hope they fire his dusty ass.
The man just wanted an audience.
One thing this job has taught me is that A LOT of people are attention starved.
If you feed into their need for attention they will absolutely run with it.
Like you, I keep communication short and concised. If you allow people who talk too much, they will eat your time and ears like nachos.

It's it crazy the amount of people who quickly snitch on themselves and each other?
I have a woman who literally snitches without even being asked. I appreciate it because it helps me catch a lot of bad behavior but she's OD sometimes.
She was telling me one employee was complaining about doing his job. I had to tell her that people are allowed to have feelings.

Can someone make an appreciation thread for this Brehette? Cause in this thread I’ve learned that she has hired what seems like a good amount of black men, and runs a business with over 100 employees. I’m not sure if this company is called Ducktales Inc but someone should give her her flowers
1. She spent years opening her p*ssy up to strangers for crumpled up $1 bills… of course shes gonna have a dramatic outburst whenever somebody says something she perceives as an attack.
2. A shift manager at Taco Bell has probably hired more black men than I have. I work in a specialized field. There’s not a huge population of people in general who qualify to do the type of work I’m into. She’s hiring felons who can’t control their emotions and have no etiquette… and she says that they are the “average bm”…
3. The average black man does not have a criminal record. So that statement itself is anti-bm racist rhetoric coming from a person who prides themselves on what they are doing for bm? Doesn’t make sense.
Basically bird babble from a low level retired thot.
I wouldn’t put too much into what she’s saying.
