I dunno why but I always felt that Howard-Carter-Lewis Magic team should have been given another chance. Once that team started gelling they were dominant all the way up until the ECF, and if they managed to steal either Game 1 or 2 that series against the Celtics might have gone a lot differently. Hell if they found a way to win Game 6 I think they would have come all the way back from 3-0 cause they would've had homecourt for Game 7

Celtics were only getting older and the Heat hadn't hit their stride yet, the Bulls were a one man show that the Magic could have stopped just like they did 09 LeBron. Not to mention Dwight was entering the best years of his career.

Management gave up on that team too quickly because I think the 10 Magic were even better than the team that went to the Finals the year before
