I can't comment on the surgeries, MJ was addicted to those...but MJ underwent a rare and very non-conventional procedure called DE-PIGMENTATION.

There's an actual logical reason for MJ settling, which I've pointed out earlier in the post. A judge denied 4 motions to delay the civil suit, which then was allowed to proceed before criminal proceeding in CA.
and paying people off DOESN'T stop a criminal trial. You know what did? two grand juries declined to indict him due to lack of evidence. AND the accuser refused to work with police afterward.
anyway, he actually did go to a criminal trial in 2005... what happened? unanimous not guilty, and not on some Kellz "they didn't testify" BS. the prosecution got EVERYTHING they wanted, and took a L on all counts. a mostly cac'd up, old-ass conservative jury acquitted that dude.
