If you have any sleep issue, just take magnesium taurate or malate at night, with L-opti-zinc(now foods)Both are effective. but magnesium taurate makes you sleep more quicker I find.

Magnesium malate is effective to boost energy(especially in the morning!) and regularize metabolism, while magnesium taurate is excellent to reduce insomnia and obtain deep sleep. You sleep like 30 min after taking magnesium taurate, its quickly effective.
