

I just turned 41.
I feel in good shape and haven't noticed aches/pains yet because I've been doing gym for almost 5 years, 3 or 4 times a week. Sometimes I do yoga, stretching or other things that can benefit my body and mindset. However, I'm still on my medication for the rest of my life because I have heart failure and am on blood thinners (4 years ago I had blood clots in my lungs and had surgery and the surgery was successful, and it's gone and, however, a little bit of blood clot is still in my heart). And despite all of what I’ve dealt with and I am dealing with, I’m fighting every day to make sure I squeeze every ounce out of this life as much as I humanly can.
