I been a fan of Kev before it was cool to be one, when he was still pretty much performing for white folks mostly. I'm not hatin when I say his last couple stand ups been trash, it's true, you can even look at how the sweeten the crowd reactions on this last piece of shyt, there were some funny moments but there is a reason you don't see rock drop a new stand up every year, it's because he takes the time to cultivate material, kev doesn't really have any.

It really just seems like he's trying to get it while he's hot, which makes sense but doesn't really bode well for his actual comedy.

Mike epps is a funny nikka...but he is NOT a comedian, not really. I know 5 or 6 "mike epps" nikkas that are hilarious just standing around shooting the shyt, not even trying to be funny.

Problem is being innately funny goes out the window when you "try", and as dope as it is to hear some nikka from the hood rattle off one-liners and say off the wall shyt, you can't hold up an hour, let alone a career without having some kind of technique.
