Talib kweli? I run into him in dc once. Told him the proper pronunciation of his last name in swahili is not how he says it in his song. Same sound as the first three letters of the word quaint. Followed be Lee. More or less.

He actually thought the word was ghanain. It's a swahili word and he uses it as his name and has no idea it's pronunciation or where it's from. If we are talking about the same person then it's funny to me. I used to really like the guy. Now I'm meh. His patterns and structure haven't changed.
