Who takes their dog let alone a pitbull on the subway? NYC is becoming more of the suburbs now where the urban lifestyle or rules are gone and forgotten. Now you know the pit bull owner most definitely isn't from NYC. There's a certain code that city folks follow just like there's certain codes suburbanites follow. You can tell who is from where just by certain things.
