You'll be happy to hear that sports organizations already have regulatory bodies that assign guidlines, rules and regulations. So the government doesn't need to get involved at all.

Literally almost no one cares about this, it's only a topic because a group of people who hate trans people want to amplify it. This issue is literally 2023 version of the migrant caravans invading the border from the south.
