i agree with you, but if rbg dies then mitch is in a win/win situation.... either he gets to muscle in a new scotus justice or the prospect of trump being able to appoint another scotus justice will rally his base and republicans to vote him back in... a scotus justice position being on the line won't be any type of motivation for democrats, as it wasn't in 2016... the left doesn't care about the scotus and doesn't see any value in the scotus, the right does....
