I don't think voting one way or another would have prevented this. I get the propaganda you are trying to push here but she should have retired under Obama, preferably when we had the super-majority and we could have gotten a 40 something judge in there with little to no GOP interference. We did vote Dem, she just didn't do her part.

Also, my grandmother fell and broke her hip at Ginburg's age. It was a wrap. She recovered but she had to be put in a rehabilitation center for the rest of her life. Ginsburg may as well just retire now. She won't last until 2020/2024. Let's just get this new judge in and get this partisan fight over with.
