For one thing institutional racism doesn't have one single source that people can point to like an issue unlike what bieber said. Institutional racism is something that is spread of public and private entities over decades with vary degrees of depth. It's not like there is a guy in the government with a kkk robe where you can point to and say that he is responsible for the plight of blacks in america. The point of what I'm saying is that it's stupid to try and equate that being outraged over one racial issue is worth more when you can't even identify a single source of it.
