Justin Blackmon would be a top 5 receiver if was playing.

If you had to pick 1 guy, it's still Megatron. Then Dez Bryant. They're just too powerful and skilled.

But both Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb were nearly unstoppable at times last season.
I can't really place Emmanuel Sanders in that conversation (despite his stats) since he's just a slot receiver benefiting from Manning having so many options.
I'll tell you what though, that Mike Evans kid in Tampa Bay....I think he might be the real deal. Very quietly he had a great season.

Let's see what Odell Beckham and Kelvin Benjamin do this year.

The Panthers took Devin Funchess (WR) from Michigan in the 2nd round and they're hoping that frees up Benjamin a bit.

And the Giants are hoping that Victor Cruz is healthy and holds up for the season, since it appeared to me that Rueben Randall didn't take advantage of that opportunity to be the main guy after Cruz went down (just 3 TDs).

I think you're missing someone. You know... the best WR for the past 2 years

Antonio Bryant is a great receiver too, but I feel like he's just the only option in Pittsburgh now that Heath is old and slow.

He was the 2nd most targeted guy in the league behind Demaryius Thomas.
And on his own team the only passing options were really Bryant and RB Le'Veon Bell.

I guess if he has a great season again I'll definitely put him in that elite class, but part of me thinks if he had a decent #2 receiver he'd be closer to 90 catches a year, and not 130.

Megatron aint the only option in Detroit?

And the reason Brown gets so many reception is because he is so frequently open- as a result of his elite route running abilities. Probably the best in the game at getting open. Because he runs a much cleaner route than a 'Dez' type, he will usually get more targets.

Yeah but Megatron has proven it over the course of his entire career.
Brown basically has 1 great season under his belt....actually 2.

Eh, I guess you have a good argument.
