Crazy how Democrats haven't removed an openly KKK governor named c00nman. And even crazier how black people have accepted it.

The issue is Northam would be replaced by Fairfax who's also handling a scandal. :francis:

And if both leave, the Democrats lose control over the entire state government because the GOP controls both the House and Senate by slim margins.

The good news is that the Democrats may not be affected by this come the November 2019 elections.

Like, I understand it pragmatically, but IMO some things are so morally wrong you have to take the L and remove him for moral reasons anyway. If he expressed ISIS sympathies he would be removed, for example. But KKK sympathy is somehow different.

Again, that's partially black people's fault for not expressing that shyt is intolerable fervently enough. MLK would rightfully be fukking disgusted to learn we let a KKK governor stay in office for any reason and didn't raise hell.

In Northam's defense and I'm not a fan of the guy, he hasn't been in the KKK and hasn't actively been espousing those views since entering office.

I do agree in the sense that if he's gonna be in office, the black community and constituents at large should advocate for substantial policies that help the black agenda.

It's already happening:

The governor’s office has yet to detail Northam’s reconciliation efforts, beyond news releases on bills the governor signed to address issues like evictions and maternal mortality, which disproportionately affect African-Americans.

Northam said in a release Friday afternoon that bills he’s signed this week include measures sponsored by Price and Sen. Lionell Spruill Sr., D-Chesapeake, to remove exemptions from the state’s minimum wage law for ushers, doormen, concession attendants and cashiers in theaters.

Spruill said during the legislative session that the exemptions were “rooted in Virginia’s history of discrimination of African-American workers who were concentrated in lower-wage, service-industry-type jobs.”

I think he was old enough to know the KKK is evil when he was graduating college and I personally don't believe people change much from having that deep unprovoked hatred for black people as an adult.

Blacks really need to move beyond this black cowardice of 'reconcilliation' with people who want us dead for no reason. No surprise we end up at the bottom of every society with this cowardice.

I dont trust that someone who thought terrorism against blacks is funny or awesome can be rehabilitated. They're fundamentally fukked up, that's why they have an irrational desire to hate us in the first place.

No, actually, scientists and psychologists are usually the ones making the arguments that I did. :skip:

How the hell do you know that "guilty as hell" people are the ones avoiding polygraph tests? Is there a superior Gnauz test that's even better? :pachaha:

breh stop it. you know what i'm trying to say but you'd rather dumb yourself down to try and make a point.

TBH polygraphs are complete bunk. The only thing they're good for is maybe putting pressure on people who think they are legit. It's complete pseudoscience. Like proven pseudoscience and also anyone with some common sense and skepticism can easily conclude the same. It's taking what most people imagine is assigned to someone who is lying which is sweating and heart rate increases as being evidence of actual thoughts in a separate organ, the brain. Not to mention these things can also be tied to something like nerveousness and sociopaths and serial killers routinely pass them .

But if he is being railroaded more power to him for doing anything to clear his name .
